The Plains Community League provides service, support, and fellowship to our neighbors in The Plains.

 Our mission and vision is “neighbors helping neighbors” to build a connected community, and to provide free, local community services. All of TPCL’s operations, programs, and events are based from the John Page Turner Community House, owned and managed by TPCL, in the center of town. TPCL serves a large and growing workforce family community in the greater The Plains, Marshall, and Middleburg region.
