Our first Spring Break Camp was a resounding success despite rainy spring weather. Twenty-five campers went on nature walks, participated in STEAM activities, made new friends and renewed old friendships, incubated chicken eggs, planted seeds, created a variety of art projects, played games, and enjoyed lunch.
Come to The Plains Community League on Saturday April 20th from 9:00-12:00 for our Community Yard Sale and help support our youth activities by purchasing books and baked goods. Let us know if you want to volunteer with setting up, helping at our book and bake sale, and cleaning up afterwards. PATH foundation has graciously provided funding to help-you can sign up to help at the PATH Volunteer Hub, or just sign in when you arrive. If you have books to donate, drop them off on Wednesday April 17th from 5:00-7:00 at The Plains Town Hall 6451 Main Street, The Plains.
