We are pleased to introduce Beth Lucas as our new Program Director. She comes to us with 19 years of experience as a Substitute Teacher and Supervisor of the Loudoun County Youth After School (YAS) programs and farm summer camps. Her background includes knowledge of school policies and familiarity of teaching grades K-8, Virginia child care laws, and focuses on community activism. She looks forward to working closely with the school principals and teachers to help improve student test scores. Prior to her teaching career, she had 10 years as a news reporter.
Her hobbies include; Quilting, Letterboxing, Farming, and Rabbit-raising
